The plan for June was to build up gradually with some added cycling as cross training, the build up across the weeks resulted in my biggest every mileage month for June.
Week 1 – 29 miles
Week 2 – 49 miles
Week 3 – 67 miles
Week 4 – 56 miles
Week 5 – 58 miles
No races and longest run was 17.6 miles, steady and managing niggles.
Diet & Weight
Build up month, not planned to record weight June – September to concentrate on recovery and building up mileage and avoiding any niggles that are still in the back of my mind. Switching to a balanced diet with a few treats that coincide with holidays and special occasions.
