Our Nutrition and Weight Management courses are run by fully qualified Nutrition and Weigh Management Advisers and base on healthy eating habits in line with current government guidelines. Using skills and knowledge to teach clients about eating habits that will improve their sports performance, enabling control of weight management, introducing a balanced diet in line with physical activity and exercise levels, improve health and reduce a clients chances of developing a wide range of disease.

8 or 12 Week Sports Nutrition & Weight Management Pack

Ideal for focused individuals who are looking to improve their sporting performance with a focus on nutrition and weight management.

This Sports nutrition and weight management course is an 8 or 12 week course for individual clients. The sessions are given weekly and will last between 1/2 & 1 hours.

With this course we have simplify the science of nutrition, together we will build a tailored balanced nutrition plan, either for working towards a goal race or as the foundation for you on-going base. The plan will be based on introducing S.M.A.R.T goals and achieving a training based ‘Energy Balance’ and ‘Weight Management’ plan.

Nutrition Training Plan – Race Targeted

Ideal package for those runners who have a set goal race in mind with a structure training plan. The Nutrition training plan package is designed to create a fully bespoke nutrition plan tailored for you with a set target ‘A Race’ to work in unison with your training plan.

If your training plan and nutrition plan are not aligned you will not see the performance gains.

Event (Race) Nutrition Plan

Package includes 2 x 1 to 1 sessions and Event (Race) Nutrition Plan.

This package is designed to review individual requirements and deliver a tailored Event (Race) Nutrition Plan for race day (Pre, During & Post nutrition)

  • Individual & Events Tailored Focus
  • 1 to 1 Sessions
  • Available as in-person sessions or via video call

Individual Consultancy Sessions

We offer 30 minute and 1 hour individual consultancy sessions, these session can be a simple 1 to 1 overview of Sports Nutrition and Weigh Management or a follow on session on completion of a weigh management course.

We advise clients a monthly or three monthly review is recommended following our courses to continue you journey in enhanced Sports Nutrition.
